02 — Our Mission

Canada deserves
food sovereignty
year-round.

With over 200 frost days per year in many provinces, Canadian farmers and consumers are perpetually dependent on long-haul produce from the US and Mexico. Cultivorobot is building the infrastructure to change that.

Our proof-of-concept facility in Ontario is demonstrating that robotic indoor farming can be economically viable at small scale — and infinitely scalable from there.

03 — Process

From empty facility
to full autonomy

We handle every layer of the stack — hardware, software, and ongoing support — so your team can focus on the business of selling great produce.

Site Assessment & Design
01

Site Assessment & Design

Our team conducts a full structural and logistics audit of your greenhouse or warehouse facility, then designs a custom robot deployment layout optimized for yield density.

Robot Fleet Deployment
02

Robot Fleet Deployment

We install and commission Cultivorobot arm units, conveyor systems, and the sensor network within 4–6 weeks. All hardware is field-serviceable with remote diagnostics.

AI Calibration & First Crop
03

AI Calibration & First Crop

Our software stack learns your facility's microclimate over the first 2 weeks. By first harvest, yield predictions are accurate to ±3%.

Continuous Optimization
04

Continuous Optimization

Over time, the system accumulates data across crop cycles, autonomously tuning lighting schedules, nutrient ratios, and harvest timing for maximum throughput.
